<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover glass-integrated touch panel sensor substrate having excellent quality without damages such as a scratch on the rear surface of a glass substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method of the cover glass-integrated touch panel sensor substrate excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: A cover glass-integrated touch panel sensor substrate has a touch panel sensor layer 3 on one surface of a glass substrate 1 for cover glass, and an organic layer 4 on the another surface thereof. The organic layer 4 is made from an ionizing radiation curable resin or a thermosetting resin having a refractive index of 1.4-1.8, and has a film thickness of 0.8-10μm.</p> |
