The present invention relates to a manual clamping device for a torque shear coupler for member connection. An operator can easily carry the present invention in a complex site because the present invention is light in weight and small in volume. Also, the present invention allows clamping, without additional power, by using a small labor pulling force at an optimum gear ratio. In addition, the present invention is broken by a torque force that is equal to or above a set clamping force so that a firm clamping state can be checked with naked eyes. According to the present invention, a reaction member is formed to be clamped with a torque end that is connected to a break section which is connected to a body end of the torque shear coupler and is broken and separated when the set clamping force is exceeded, a movable member is formed to be clamped to move along the reaction member so that the break section of the fixed body end is broken with a reaction force transmitted to the torque end through the reaction member during a rotation movement in a state where an upper release rebar is clamped, and a clamping handle is formed so as to rotate the movable member. According to the present invention, no power device for coupler clamping is required, thus the structure can be simplified, the volume can be reduced, and the weight can be reduced. Accordingly, the operator can easily carry the present invention. Therefore, efficiency can be improved, operation time can be shortened, and costs can be saved. |
