PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet with a mask film/base film with which processing into various catalyst layer shapes can be performed and the film is prevented from being creased in a drying step when forming a catalyst layer, a catalyst layer sheet employing the same, a solid polymer fuel cell, and a manufacturing method of the transfer sheet with the mask film/base film.SOLUTION: A transfer sheet D10 with a mask film/base film is formed by bonding films D1 and D3 to a transfer sheet D2 for forming catalyst layers 52, 52A and 52F on a catalyst membrane 51 in a membrane electrode assembly of a solid polymer fuel cell 50. A style of bonding the films D1 and D3 to the transfer sheet D2 is bonding the mask film D1 to one side and bonding the base film D3 to another side, and a desired opening 1 is provided on the mask film D1. |
