PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain brake noises.SOLUTION: A pad spring 13 elastically supporting a friction pad 9 is provided on a pad guide 3 of a mounting member 2. The pad spring 13 is fitted with a recess 4 of the pad guide 3, and is constituted by a guide plate part 17 for guiding the friction pad 9 in an axial direction of a disc, and a radial energizing part 22 for energizing the friction pad 9 in a radial direction of the disc. The radial energizing part 22 is constituted by an extension part 23B, a curl part 24B, and a contact part 25B, and extends from the guide plate part 17 in a rotation direction of the disc. The contact part 25B extends into the recess 4 of the pad guide 3, and therefore, the contact part 25B is in contact with a projection part 10B of the friction pad 9 in the recess 4 of the pad guide 3. Thereby, rising of the pad spring 13 can be restrained, and brake noises can be restrained. |
