PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap with fraudulent opening prevention mechanism capable of securing fraudulent opening prevention performance even if a sharp tool or the like is inserted thereinto.SOLUTION: A hinge cap 1 comprises a cap body 2, an upper lid 3 and a fraudulent opening prevention belt 4. The cap body 2 has an engagement piece 16A for engaging the upper lid 3 when the upper lid 3 is closed, and the upper lid 3 has a flange part 26 coupled to the cap body 2 rotatably via a hinge part 14 and having an open hole 29. When the engagement piece 16A penetrates to the open hole 29 when the upper lid 3 is closed, a lower face of the flange part 26 and an upper face of the fraudulent opening prevention belt 4 contact each other, forming a mating face 27. |
