PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that optimal arrangement information of physical disks cannot be obtained for power saving by suppressing the rotation frequency of a fan for cooling the physical disks.SOLUTION: On the basis of information on a first pool identifier of a group of physical disks and a physical disk thereof, and information indicating the correspondence among a loading area identifier, a corresponding cooling means identifier, a loading state of the physical disks to a mounting area and a second pool identifier, when any of the physical disks is in a power saving mode, loading information indicating the relationship between respective physical disks corresponding to the first pool identifier and respective loading area identifiers thereof is output, which can reduce consumption power of cooling means. |
