PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generation of stress to a connector by minimizing the quantity of winding of a harness caused when the harness is fitted to a wire holder.SOLUTION: A wire holder 10 includes a holding member 3 for holding a harness 20 and a support member 2 for supporting the holding member 3 rotatably on a base plate 1. The support member 2 is provided nearby an end of the holding member 3, and the wire holder 10 has a fitting part 4a for fitting to the base plate 1 at a fixed position.
