PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil receiver for holding a rotation center shaft which is not held on a case as one of a plurality of split cases, when assembling the case on the lower side, and to provide a transmission including the oil receiver.SOLUTION: An oil receiver 3 includes a shaft supporting part 31 located between a first case 11 and a first rotation center shaft 23 not abutting on the first case 11 for supporting the first rotation center shaft 23 at one side, a receiving part 32 located between the shaft supporting part 31 and the first case 11 for abutting at one side on the first case 11 to receive lubricating oil from the inside of the transmission, and a holding part 33 abutting at one side on the first case 11, and located between the shaft supporting part 31 and the first case 11 in opposition to the side where the receiving part 32 receives the lubricating oil. |
