<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely replace a baffle plate without hardly stopping a plating line.SOLUTION: An apparatus for replacing a baffle plate is arranged in the vicinity of side ends of a steel strip conveyed upward via a plating tank, and includes a first support mechanism 7A and a second support mechanism 7B. The first support mechanism 7A supports a first baffle plate 4A movably between an using position 5 positioned near the steel strip along a path line 12 of the steel strip and a first withdrawal position 6A separated further from the side end of the steel strip than the using position 5. The second support mechanism 7B supports a second baffle plate 4B movably between the using position 5 and a second withdrawal position 6B separated further from the side end of the steel strip than the using position 5. The first support mechanism 7A and the second support mechanism 7B are arranged on the opposite sides to each other of a vertical surface 15 along the path line 12.</p> |
