Provided is a damper of a washing machine capable of accommodating a coil unit to be non-rotatable with respect to a cylinder. The present invention comprises: a cylindrical cylinder; a cylindrical coil unit formed in one body with coil generating a magnetic field by mold resin; a bearing housing arranged at both ends of the coil unit and accommodated within the cylinder while inserting the coil unit therebetween; lead wire having one end connected to the coil and the other end extracted out of the cylinder; a rod shaft-supported in a ring housing and installed to be capable of reciprocating; and a magnetic viscous fluid with which a gap between the rod and the coil unit is filled. The bearing housing at one side which inserts the coil unit therebetween is accommodated to be unable to rotate with respect to the cylinder, and is uneven-fitted between portions of the coil unit adhered thereto. |
