PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device which can be improved in reliability, a method for manufacturing an electro-optic device, and electronic equipment.SOLUTION: The electro-optic device includes: a third interlayer insulating layer 11d and a pixel electrode 27 disposed on a capacitance line 3b; a pad electrode 27a electrically connected to the capacitance line 3b through a contact hole CNT7 and a second adjusting film 16c1 disposed in the same layer as the pixel electrode 27; a storage capacitance 16 having a capacitance insulating film 16b disposed between the pixel electrode 27 and the capacitance line 3b, and a capacitance electrode 16c in the same layer as the second adjusting film; and a contact hole CNT5 which electrically connects between the pixel electrode 27 and the capacitance electrode 16c. The electro-optic device also includes: a contact hole CNT6 which is present between at least a part of the circumference edge of the pad electrode 27a and the capacitance line 3b, and is electrically connected to the pad electrode 27a; and a first adjusting film 16b1 and the second adjusting film 16c1 disposed between the contact hole CNT6 and the capacitance line 3b. |
