PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low cost, an optical deflection device capable of suppressing fall of a shaft center of a bearing hole 51 formed on a substrate 50 while efficiently dissipating heat from a driver IC 80, and an image forming apparatus including the optical deflection device.SOLUTION: A substrate 50 has a part on a lower surface corresponding to a driver IC 80 configured to be in contact with a heat transmission sheet 60 to release heat from the driver IC 80. On the substrate 50, between a bearing hole 51 and an area 54 in which the driver IC 80 is mounted, at least one attachment hole 52c is formed for attaching the substrate 50 to a housing 31 as an attachment target member. |
