The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a sun visor for a vehicle which is able to reduce the number of assembly parts and the number of manufacturing processes by injection molding an outer frame part and an inner frame part with identical synthetic resin materials and foam molding a lower pad and an upper pad for covering the outer frame part and the inner frame part in an integral shape and is able to solve defects and environmental problems according to the use of adhesives and deterioration according to the use of existing metal wires, and a sun visor for a vehicle manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method for a sun visor for a vehicle comprises; a first process of integrally manufacturing an inner structure consisting of the outer frame part forming the outer shape of a sun visor body and the inner frame part forming the inner shape by injection molding the inner structure with synthetic resin materials; and a second process of inserting the inner structure manufactured in the first process into an insert mold and forming an outer structure by directly foam molding expanded polypropylene on the inner structure and covering the inner structure with the outer structure at the same time. |
