PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which inhibits deformation of a passage member thereby improving the reliability, and to provide a liquid jet apparatus.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head includes: a head body which discharges an ink; a passage member 40 which includes an ink passage 50 in which the ink to be supplied to the head body circulates, an internal space 80 where a third passage 53 forming a part of the ink passage 50 is disposed, an atmosphere open passage 90 which opens the internal space 80 to the atmosphere of the exterior, and an atmosphere open groove 95 forming a part of the atmosphere open passage 90; and a film 96 which covers the atmosphere open groove 95 and is heat-welded to an inner surface 62 of the internal space 80. |
