<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film which can be suitably used for forming an electrode metal to be used for electronic equipment or the like, particularly a laminate film for a circuit, which less likely induces failures such as line dropout or line chipping in a pattern figure when a metal layer to be an electrode is patterned in a wet process such as etching.SOLUTION: The laminate film includes a resin film (A), a resin layer (B), and a metal layer (C), in this order. In the measurement of a polyester resin having an amide bond in the resin layer (B) by infrared spectroscopy, a ratio (A1/A2) is 0.5 or more, where A1 is an absorbance by deformation vibration of a nitrogen-hydrogen bond group having a peak at a wavelength of 1548 to 1552 cmand A2 is an absorbance by stretch vibration of a carbon double bond in a benzene ring having a peak at a wavelength of 1503 to 1507 cm.</p> |
