Disclosed is a system for cleaning a casing bolt of a steam turbine. The system for cleaning a casing bolt of a steam turbine includes a first movable vertical holder capable of seating the casing bolt of the steam turbine perpendicularly on the ground surface; a first transporting unit capable of transporting the casing bolt of the steam turbine seated on the first vertical holder; a first position changing unit arranging the casing bolt of the steam turbine transported by the first transporting unit horizontally on the ground surface; a transferring unit transferring the casing bolt of the steam turbine positioned horizontally on the ground surface by the first position changing unit; a cleaning unit cleaning the casing bolt of the steam turbine transferred by the transferring unit; a second position changing unit arranging the casing bolt of the steam turbine, which is arranged horizontally on the ground surface, perpendicularly on the ground surface; a second transporting unit capable of transporting the casing bolt of the steam turbine from the second position changing unit; and a second movable vertical holder capable of seating the casing bolt of the steam turbine, which is transported by the second transporting unit, perpendicularly on the ground surface.
