An organic electroluminescent device in which a peeling phenomenon is interrupted is provided to improve display quality by smoothly flowing a signal or a power source through wiring. An organic electroluminescent device comprises a substrate(110), a display unit, a driving part, a plurality of wires and an insulating layer. The display unit(130) includes a plurality of sub pixels located on the substrate. The driving part(160) is located on the outside board of the display unit. A plurality of wires(140) which are connected to the display unit and the driving part deliver signals supplied from the outside. The insulating layer is positioned on the surface in order to cover partially a plurality of wires. The insulating layer includes a protrusion formed in a region where the outer boundary line of the insulating layer and the wire forms an acute angle. |
