PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation apparatus where the increase of a torque added to an agitation member is suppressed while shortening the treating time in defoaming treatment.SOLUTION: In an agitation apparatus equipped with an agitation member to agitate a paste-like fluid at the inside of a chamber,: the agitation member is extended from a container bottom side toward a container upper section side along the side wall part of the chamber; and a first agitation part rotating in a state that a tip part is extended from the surface of a liquid toward the container upper section side is possessed. In the first agitation part, a plurality of flow holes whose positions in an extended direction are different respectively are formed. |
