Provided is a dielectric porcelain composition in which barium titanate (BaTiO3) and barium zirconate (BaZrO3) are made to form a solid solution at a predetermined ratio. Specifically, the dielectric porcelain composition has a basic composition that is represented by (BaTiO3)(1-x)(BaZrO3)x (in the formula, X satisfies 0.70 ≤ X ≤ 0.95). It is preferable that X satisfy 0.73 ≤ X ≤ 0.90. The dielectric porcelain composition may be configured as a composite ceramic structural body that is integrated with alumina.
