The invention relates to local compositions comprising on the basis of the overall weight of the composition: 1) (A) 0.05-5.0% sucralfat; 2) (B) 0.05-5.0% hyaluronic acid or hyaluronic salt thereof; 3) (C) 0.05-5.0% natural moistening factor (natural yogurt or derivatives thereof or milk fermentation products or honey or honey products or mixtures thereof); 4) (D) 0.05-5.0% arginine; 5) (E) 80.0-98.0% water; 6) (F) 1.0-15.0% a carrier or bearer other than water. Comparable to analogous compositions met in the market, the compositions in question are stable, they exhibit rheological properties, they present shorter cure duration and/or higher recovery of the damaged skin in a sort that said combinations have prove efficient for the treatment of skin and oral diseases and troubles.
