The measurement device according to the present invention is provided with a generating unit and a measurement unit, and performs a predetermined measurement using a flow path device having a stenosis path through which particles pass by a fluid stream, and a measurement electrode unit provided in the vicinity of the stenosis path. The generating unit generates in the measurement electrode unit an alternating-current voltage having a frequency region which indicates a conductance corresponding to the size of the particles and is higher than a characteristic frequency specified by the conductance of the fluid including the particles in the stenosis path and an electric double-layer capacitance formed by the measurement electrode unit. The measurement unit measures an electricity amount including at least the conductance when the particles pass through the stenosis path in a state in which the alternating-current voltage is applied to the measurement electrode unit.
