PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a comfortable environment in a vehicle cabin with less energy by efficiently heating the air for a vehicle air conditioner.SOLUTION: A heating device 5 includes a plurality of upper-stage heated regions R1 and a lower-stage heated regions R2 that can be individually temperature-adjusted; and a control processing unit 6 adjusts temperatures of the upper-stage heated region R1 and the lower-stage heated region R2 of the heating device 5 on the basis of an output from detection means 10 detecting environmental characteristics and mounted in a vehicle. |
