USE OF ADENOSINE AND DERIVATIVES THEREOF IN PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF DRUG-INDUCED LIVER INJURY

Adenosine and derivatives thereof used for preventing and treating drug-induced liver injury. The derivatives are selected from adenosine monophosphate, adenosine diphosphate and adenosine triphosphate, and the drug-induced liver injury is paracetamol-induced liver injury. The administrating dosage of adenosine or derivatives thereof is 0.1 mmol/kg-5 mmol/kg, which can decrease the enzyme activity of AST and ALT in human or mammal with drug-induced liver injury, reduce the necrosis area of hepatic parenchyma cells and raise the level of glutathione.
