<p>The present invention relates to the therapeutic treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). It concerns in particular a novel composition for the treatment of this cancer and an associated therapeutic treatment method. The invention concerns a suspension of erythrocytes encapsulating asparaginase as a medicament for treating Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
