<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that displaces a shielding member such as a cover with a new configuration different from before.SOLUTION: A shielding member 35 for a sensor unit 30 having a translucent window 35A is moved in conjunction with attachment and detachment of a pressure part 11B, that is a fixing unit 11. When the fixing unit 11 is detached from an apparatus body, the shielding member 35 is at a second position to cover a translucent part 31A. Thus, when the fixing unit 11 is detached from the apparatus body, the translucent part 31A, that is the sensor unit 30 can be reliably protected.</p> |
