PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire connection member, a stator, an electric motor, and a method of manufacturing the stator, that can achieve miniaturization while reducing a cost of manufacture and that can improve wiring workability of coils.SOLUTION: A wire connection member 21 for connecting coils 14 of a plurality of phases wound on a stator core 12 has a holder part 22 arranged at an axial direction end part of the stator core 12 and formed annularly. The holder part 22 has a plurality of step parts 23a, 23b, and 23c whose diameter is gradually reduced in step wise toward an opposite side to the stator core 12 in an axial direction. The coils 14 are arranged so that the respective step parts 23a, 23b, and 23c have different phases and the same step parts 23a, 23b, 23c have the same phase. |
