The present invention relates to an organic light emitting compound and an organic light device using the same and, more specifically, to an organic light emitting compound which is developed to have a dibenzo thiophene-based derivative as the organic light emitting compound to disclose an organic light emitting compound having excellent charge transferring properties by a phosphorescence host material, overlapped well with an absorption spectrum of a dopant, and having improved light emitting efficiency and low driving voltage, and excellent color formation rate.
