The present invention relates to medicine and comprises compositions, a method for treatment and prophylaxis of diseases of vascular genesis via stimulation of new vessels growth. For that, a composition is administered in a pharmaceutically acceptable form, the main gradient of which is a principally new protein or peptide stimulating vessel growth in tissue. Said protein does not exist in nature and it is impossible to classify it, since it has in a structure a part of growth factor and a part of factor growth receptor and/or immunoglobulin Fc fragment, for example, fibroblast growth factor or growth factor of vessel endothelium, or other factors. Therefore, it differs the present invention from prior arts. The method for treating diseases of vascular genesis, using similar highly-functional protein, seems to be the most effective by acting on several targets, solving ischemia problem, insufficient blood supply (blood filling). The present composition can also be used in preparing vaccines and other preparations for the treatment of diseases characterized by increased vessels growth, for example, tumor and autoimmune. |
