PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning heat source facility and an air-conditioning heat source facility control method capable of prompt stop and restart.SOLUTION: A heat source side includes: refrigerators 111a, 111b, and 111c; primary side water-going conduits 112a, 112b, and 112c; primary side water-returning conduits 118a, 118b, and 118c; and primary pumps 121a, 121b, and 121c pumping a heat medium to the refrigerators. An air-conditioning load side includes: air conditioners 115a, 115b, ...; secondary side water-going conduits 114a, 114b, ...; secondary side water-returning conduits 116a, 116b, ...; and secondary pumps 125a, 125b, and 125c pumping the heat medium to the air conditioners. A bypass conduit 130 is provided between a going header 113 and a returning header 117. An air-conditioning heat source control unit 131 controls the air-conditioning load side and the heat source side to stop or restart operating under control of the secondary pumps 125a, 125b, and 125c. |
