PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic which is excellent in gloss and durability of gloss and has no tight feeling of an application film by improving the adhesion of the application film on a skin or a lip after an application and expressing good color durability and an effect which hardly carries out color migration.SOLUTION: The oily solid cosmetic contains: (A) a polyhydric alcohol modified silicone; (B) ester oil which is liquid at normal temperature; (C) a colorant; (D) an oil solution which has a refractive index of 1.47 or more at 25°C; and (E) triglyceryl which has a melting point of 35-45°C and is solid at normal temperature. The component (B) is compatible with the component (A). However, the component (A) and the component (B) carry out phase separation when water is added and mixed into a solution in which the component (A) and the component (B) are mixed. |
