The present invention relates to an application program for an optical microscope and, more particularly, to a program for an optical microscope, which can accurately measure the eccentricity of an object to be inspected using an assistant cross hair. In the optical microscope for measuring the amount of eccentricity from an eccentric circle trajectory which draws a reference scale marking line to be displayed and a reference optical cross hair generated by the reflection from an object, when the focus of the reference optical cross hair is unclear of thick, the assistant cross hair positions is positioned at the center of the reference optical cross hair using the application program, tracks in order to display the eccentric circle trajectory drawn by a distorted lens to be inspected, and automatically applies an E.F.L result value calculated by the characteristics of the lens to the eccentric circle trajectory database in order to measure the eccentric value. The application program includes a function of displaying the eccentric circle trajectory displayed along the center of the assistant cross hair; and focus calibration for overcoming optical limits of the reference optical cross hair inputted in order to accurately draw the assistant cross hair and reinforce it. |
