PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means preventing all liquids stored in a liquid cartridge from being escaped from a nozzle of a recording head even if posture of an apparatus is changed.SOLUTION: A cartridge attachment part is disposed in front of a nozzle of a recording head in a cross direction 103 and in the right of a carrying direction in a longitudinal direction. An ink cartridge 32 includes an ink supply port flowing out an ink, an ink channel 89 connecting an ink chamber 80 with the ink supply port so that the ink can flow via an end connection provided under the ink chamber 80 in a vertical direction 102, and an ambient air communication port 93 communicating the ink chamber 80 to the external ambient air. The end connection is disposed in the front side of the ink chamber 80 in the cross direction 103 and in the right in the longitudinal direction. |
