FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to cutting of blanks. Blanks are cut, one after another, at definite spacing set by equipment feeder with the help of one die of series action or several dies of single action mounted at said equipment. At die moving parts every stroke, first, two hole are cut to shape of third part of top and bottom jumpers to make top and bottom section of blank outline. Then, after free of reel through one step to cut jumper right and left parts abutting on reel two edges to make the missing sections of blank outline. One blank is cut off the reel mid part without jumper in preset mid left section of blank outline. After cutting, next blank outline mid right section is formed at a time. At one press stroke and die moving part one blank is produced for further processing at other equipment or one finished part.EFFECT: enhanced performances, material savings.1 dwg |
