The present invention relates to a speed reducing device of a bucket for non-motorized washing facility, comprising: a base mounted on both sides of a bucket; a combination groove mounted in the base and connected to the bucket to be able to rotate; a first elastic member controlling a rotation angle of the bucket and reciprocating and rotating the bucket by elastic force; a friction plate whose one side is connected to the base to be able to rotate and the other side is rubbed with the bucket rotating by the elastic force of the first elastic member, so repulsive force of the bucket is reduced; and a second elastic member whose one side is connected to the other side of the friction plate and the other side is connected to the base to restore the shape of the friction plate by the elastic force. |
