The present invention relates to a temperature sensing fluid flow controller which includes a housing in which a main opened portion and a supplementary opened portion partially exposed to outside are formed to be installed between an introduction unit and a discharge unit of a fluid flow pipe in which a flowing fluid is flowed; a valve block having a fluid introduction chamber to which the flowing fluid introduced inside the housing is introduced, first and second valve chambers, and a pressure release chamber, and in which a main discharge pipe and a supplementary discharge pipe discharging a small amount of the flowing fluid according to a change in inner pressure in each of the valve chambers are installed inside the housing to be in communication with the main opened portion and the supplementary opened portion, respectively, of the housing; a temperature sensor generating the difference of pressure in each of the valve chambers in the valve block according to shrinkage and expansion of a temperature sensing fluid filled inside a temperature sensing cap in which a corrugated portion is formed according to the temperature of outside air; and an opener/closer installed at each of the valve chambers to selectively open/close each of the valve chambers of the valve block according to a discharge pressure discharged through the main discharge pipe and the supplementary discharge pipe of the valve block.
