The present invention relates to a high corrosion-resistant, water-soluble, and heat dry-type paint composition using zinc powder and a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, a method for preparing a high corrosion-resistant, water-soluble, and heat dry-type paint composition having an excellent rust-inhibiting property using zinc powder comprises the steps of: (1) mixing and stirring 53 to 70 parts by weight of zinc powder in a spherical shape of metal, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a wetting and dispersing agent, and 1.8 to 5 parts by weight of a protecting and stabilizing agent of metallic pigment in a vessel at 600 to 800 rpm for 5 to 20 minutes; (2) introducing 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent, 1.2 to 5 parts by weight of an anti-precipitating agent, and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a co-solvent in the resulting product stirred in step (1) and mixing by stirring at 600 to 800 rpm for 5 to 20 minutes and then re-stirring at 1500 to 1800 rpm to disperse the resultant to have a softening degree of 30 micron or less; and (3) introducing 10 to 30 parts by weight of water-soluble polyester resin, 1 to 10 parts by weight of water-soluble melamine resin, 1 to 10 parts by weight of water-soluble modified epoxy resin, 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of a reaction accelerator, 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of a neutralizer, and 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of a surface modifier in the dispersion dispersed in step (2) and stirring for 5 to 20 minutes at 600 to 800 rpm and then aging. |
