PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breathing gas heating humidifier capable of performing continuous operation while maintaining stable humidification capability.SOLUTION: A breathing gas heating humidifier includes: a sensor 20 for detecting the level of water reserved in a chamber 3; and a water supply section 6 for supplying water in the chamber 3 on the basis of a detection result of the sensor 20. The water supply section 6 includes: a water supply bag 62 for reserving water; a water supply hose 63 for connecting the water supply bag 62 and the chamber 3; and a water feed pump 64 disposed between the water supply bag 62 and the chamber 3 for feeding water from the water supply bag 62.
