<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative hollowing apparatus that can perform both of boring of a circular groove and wire cutting, and particularly can perform hollowing by the wire cutting, simply and smoothly.SOLUTION: A hollowing apparatus is configured by boring a circular groove 2 from an upper surface of a workpiece 1 toward the bottom by a grooving blade 7 provided at the lower end of a cylindrical body 6, and tensioning the cutting wire 8 turned to the bottom of the circular groove 2, thereby performing the wire cutting of the bottom of the circular groove 2 toward the inside to extract a cylindrical object 3 by using the tension and the rotation of the workpiece 1. The hollowing apparatus has a wire cutting device 12 provided in the cylindrical body 6, the wire cutting device being configured to move upward a locking part 10 for hanging and turning the wire, for hanging and turning the cutting wire 8 at the lower end of the cylindrical body 6 and bringing it into a retreated and maintained state to achieve a wire-free state, and also to provide cutting tension by applying a lifting tension to the cutting wire 8 pulled upward and disposed using a tensioning device 9 provided on the upper part of the cylindrical body 6 through a locking part 11 for lifting the wire.</p> |
