DUST CONTROL MAT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust control mat which is excellent in a function of collecting dust that is outdoor dirt such as mud and sand and in water-absorbing properties by performing a treatment of making a water absorption finishing agent adhere to a part of pile yarn without using a water-absorbing fiber.SOLUTION: In a dust control mat including a surface layer in which pile yarn is implanted on a base fabric and a lining layer laminated on a reverse side of the surface layer, the pile yarn is obtained by twisting at least two pieces of single yarn, and a water absorption finishing agent adheres to at least a part of the surface layer.
