PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat composition capable of producing a hard coat film free from interference fringe in an entire visible ray region, and a hard coat film and an antireflection film using the same.SOLUTION: A hard coat composition includes: a polyfunctional monomer having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule; a polymerization initiator; and a solvent. The solvent includes 20-100 wt.% of a solvent component with a hydrogen bond term (dH) of Hansen solubility parameter of a range within 8.0-13.5(MPa).
