PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of noise resulting from air bubbles contained in working oil at the time of the activation of a hydraulic damper.SOLUTION: In a hydraulic damper having a piston, an axle-side inner tube is slidably inserted into a vehicle body-side outer tube, a piston support member attached to the outer tube side is inserted into a working oil chamber by penetrating a partitioning wall of a partitioning wall member, and a communication hole which obtains an attenuation force by circulating working oil accumulated in the working oil chamber while making the working oil slide in the working oil chamber is formed at a tip of the piston support member. The hydraulic damper comprises vortex flow generation means 70 which makes the working oil circulating in the communication hole of the piston 26 generate a vortex. |
