PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for crushing a structure, enhanced in workability in treating waste associated with water jet. SOLUTION: The method for crushing a structure comprises the steps of (S10) crushing the structure by water jetting and (S30) forming a gel integrally containing drainage from the water jetting and crushed fragments of the structure by using a gel raw material.
