摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which has high design flexibility of an antenna and can arbitrarily adjust antenna characteristics such as directivity, and can easily form a shield layer suppressing radiation from an antenna conductor and a wireless function section.SOLUTION: An antenna conductor 52 constituting an antenna and a shield layer 42 suppressing radiation from a wireless function section 4 can be easily simultaneously formed on the surface of a resin sealing layer 3 in common conductive layer forming step (Fig. 3(d)) and separation step (Fig. 3(e)). In the conductive layer forming step, conductive layers 6 are formed on the upper face and the side face of the resin sealing layer 3, and thereby the antenna conductor 52 can be formed so as to extend to the upper face and the side face out of the surface on the side of an antenna region 22 of the resin sealing layer 3. Accordingly, the size of the antenna conductor 52 can be increased, the design flexibility of the antenna is high, and characteristics of the antenna such as directivity and a gain can be arbitrarily adjusted.
