Supply and exhaust type ventilation device (1) includes: supply air flow passage (6) for supplying outside air (30) by supply air fan (8); and exhaust air flow passage (7) for blowing off indoor air (33) by exhaust air fan (9). Supply air fan (8) and exhaust air fan (9) are mounted on rotary shaft (10a) of one electric motor (10). Opening adjusting parts (14) which adjust a volume of outside air (30) passing through supply air flow passage (6) and a volume of indoor air (33) passing through exhaust air flow passage (7) are disposed in supply air flow passage (6) and exhaust air flow passage (7), respectively.
