The present invention relates to a portable terminal and a method of manufacturing a module of the portable terminal. The portable terminal according to the present invention includes a module, in which a storage member is disposed. The module comprises a first module having a shield can and a flexible circuit board attached on one surface of the shield can, and at least one socket unit mounted to an upper side of the first module, wherein the socket unit is mounted to the upper side of the flexible circuit board while the first module is positioned on a jig. Also, the method of manufacturing a module, in which a storage member is disposed, of a portable terminal according to the present invention comprises the steps of: attaching a flexible circuit board to one surface of a shield can to make a first module; positioning the first module on a jig; and mounting at least one socket unit on the flexible circuit board.
