摘要 A decision-making device for predicting collision of aircraft with an obstacle during take-off and landing using an ontology technique and a method thereof are provided. The decision-making device of the present invention includes: an input unit for receiving global positioning system (GPS) data of an aircraft and an obstacle and photographing the front view of the aircraft; a storage unit for storing ontology data which expresses data for an airfield; and a control unit for filtering GPS data of the obstacles using the received GPS data and photographed front image, predicting a future location of the aircraft and obstacle using the GPS data of the aircraft and obstacle, and predicting collision of the aircraft and obstacle by mapping the predicted future location and stored ontology data.
