PURPOSE: A gravure imprint P C M color steel sheet having three dimensional texture provided to have visual beauty as well as three dimensional texture. CONSTITUTION: A PCM color steel sheet has three dimensional texture using a gravure printing apparatus including a gravure roll, a doctor knife, and a back-up roll. The gravure roll comprises an intaglio pattern (300) divided into a plurality of cells (301). Each cell is 0.1-5 mm in diameter and a parting line is 0.05-0.15 mm in length, and the length between the outline of the intaglio pattern (303) and the parting line (302) is 0.01-0.5 mm. A manufacturing method of the PCM color steel is as follows. A pretreatment layer is formed on a foundation layer. An intermediate paint film layer of 10-30um is formed on the pretreatment layer. The intermediate paint film layer comprises: 40-60 parts by weight of oil-free polyester resin, in which the number-average molecular weight is 6,000-20,000 and the glass transition temperature (Tg) is 1-40°C, and the OH value is 25-50, per 100 parts by weight of ink composition; 3-10 parts by weight of melamine resin; 1-4 parts by weight of leveling agent; and 10-60 parts by weight of one or more additives selected from the group consisting of a pigment, wax, an organic solvent, and filler. A print layer of 1-30um is formed using the ink composite having viscosity of 80-400 sec. |
