The present invention provides a chuck for a pull-stud bolt, which is designed to be combined compatibly to a standard pull-stud bolt having a screw unit, a flange unit, and a connection unit connecting the screw unit and the flange unit. The chuck comprises a tooling member to which a cutting tool is combined, and a shank member. The shank member comprises a body extending from the tooling member and having a hollow hole; and a sealing unit which is manufactured in a hard turning manner inside the hollow hole and designed to have an inner radius of the same size with that of the connection unit along the longitudinal direction of the connection unit to be in contact with the entire surface of the outer circumference of the connection unit along the longitudinal direction.
