The present invention relates to a remote control apparatus for a power plant. The present invention can redundantly connect field facilities of the power plant through a plurality of repeaters in group units to block effects of the noise generated in adjacent groups as well as stably acquiring and controlling data without communications errors through the redundancy. The present invention configures the connection between a distribution control server and a data acquisition unit as a tree structure to shorten the distance between the field facilities. The present invention also connects the field facilities in the tree structure to limit the range of the connection to a corresponding group when a communications error occurs to enhance the reliability of the communications and the power plant.
