PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enclose and seal various sorts of documents addressed to specific individuals without depending on constitution of an enclosing and sealing machine. SOLUTION: Personal information to be addressed to respective individuals is outputted by a printer to plural sorts of documents to form documents addressed to individuals having different information printed. The documents are rearranged in a specified order, they are processed into forms of enclosures, and the group Z of documents is set on an enclosure station of the enclosing and sealing machine U, where they are collated with other enclosures to be enclosed and sealed, so that plural sorts of documents addressed to individuals are enclosed and sealed. Since only one enclosure station is required, as many sorts of documents addressed to specific individuals as a rearranging means allows can be enclosed and sealed without depending on the constitution of the enclosing and sealing machine.
